We install loft boarding for storage, right through to full loft dormer room builds. As time served professional builders, we can also undertake all other building works as required.. Such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Extensions and more!

OPTION 1
Large Loft Ladder & Hatch
For those who just require better access. Installation of a 600mm X 1200mm Premium hatch, with a substantial fold down safety ladder.

OPTION 2
Ladder, Hatch & Boarding
600mm X 1200mm Premium hatch with substantial fold down safety ladder. Plus up to 10 sq.m of 18mm, durable ‘Mid run’ T&G loft boards.

OPTION 3
Ladder, Boards & Insulation
All of the option 2 package specifications (up to 10 sq.m), plus an 2nd layer of loft roll insulation underneath the newly boarded area. This increases thermal efficiency.

We only install BBA Approved products and materials.
We also guarantee our work for 5 years, with the exception of moving parts such as loft ladders or lighting units.
